Shipping Info
Packages are generally despatched within 1 business days, stock permitting. The shipping time may vary in some cases, it might take longer than usual but we always try our best to deliver the products on time. If you need an expedited delivery for your order, please contact us and we will see what we can do. We always try our best for our customers.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
The courier company that we use will put a card through your door if you are not in when they try to deliver. The card will have the tracking number, phone number and pick up address(if applicable) and you can contact them to arrange a pick up from there, otherwise courier company will re-attempt the delivery.

Pickup is also available from our warehouse but you need to select the option “Pickup” during checkout and select the available time option. We will send you all the details including pick up address after your order is processed. All listed items are in stock in our NSW Warehouse . We will confirm your pick up time via email or call.
Note: Please be aware that additional fees may be applied for Bulky Items, if applicable. Unfortunately, due to system constraints, we will need to send you an invoice for any extra charges incurred.
There are few ways you can pay for goods from THRIVE HORTI GROUP other than online Credit Card Payments. Once you have completed the online shopping you will be asked to choose a payment method you wish to pay for goods. Most of the customers prefer to pay their goods via Paypal because it is faster and more secure but we have other options such as Bank Deposit, Afterpay.
